We have an electric fireplace in our new apartment, and it came with some drops that are wood scented to smell like an actual fireplace. We would like to use them, we just dont know where to put them.

Can someone point me in the right direction on how to repair my fireplace, I want to try and fix it my self but if i can’t i will bring it somewhere, but what could be wrong with it that makes it blows the circuit? It’s a small move able fireplace if that help at all.
It will trip the circuit after a few mins, i tried it in my garage with nothing else plugged in and it still trips it.

It powers up fine, fake flames work, it has a turn knob to set the temperature, but when I push the HEAT switch to ON, you can hear the heater working and see the heating coils turn red but within 15 - 20 seconds you hear a loud click noise and the coils turn off and no heat is produced. Does anyone know what this could be and what parts I might need to repair this. Thank you very much in advance.

this is a fireplace that plugs directly into a wall outlet.

I have a baseboard heating system which was installed many years ago. It is underneath a window, but was not centered and is kind of an eye soar. I was thinking about trying to reinstall it, but have become aware of electric heating systems that are made to look like a fireplace. Most of the ones I find look like they just plug into a wall outlet, but I was wondering if there are some you can buy that can be wired into the preexisting baseboard hook up. I’m not wanting to go over $400 and would love to get one close to $200 If you know of a system I can buy or away to hook a plug-in one into the system please let me know

For the winter we were thinking of getting an electric fireplace. We found a small one that’s a 1500 watts and heats about 400 sq. feet. Any advice on whether I should run the heat or get an electric fireplace? if a fireplace is better what I should look for in one?

I live in Mass. and its just getting too cold for my space heater in my bedroom. I can install a baseboard heater but the only wall it can go on is right under my Plasma TV.

The electric fireplace would also go right under the Plasma but since the TV is mounted it would vent out the heat approx. 18in in front instead of right under it like the baseboard heater.

I know heat next to electronics is not a good idea and i think the electric fireplace would be safer for the TV since the heat is farther away. I will still need an additional heat source from a space heater since they dont punch out much heat but thats ok.
